The hotel is not new, so it shows normal signs/blemishes of use. So if you are fixated on having NEW, then this hotel is not for you.

While searching hotels one reviewer had praised Heartland staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. I was inspired. En route to a funeral from an All State concert we needed to stash an upright bass for a few days, and they let us. The location was perfect, the price was right, breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Who would expect all that for less than $100 a night?

I loved the warm welcome we received when we arrived. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hearty breakfast was delightful and delicious. The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were outstanding!!! The location was perfect.
The only thing that may need "room for improvement" would be the carpet looked worn and stained. Otherwise the room met our standards!! Thank you and keep up the great work.
