This hotel claims to be pet friendly...but is not. They refused to let us stay here despite winter storm warnings and treacherous highways, because we had a cat.

If you can avoid this place,do.If just driving thru and you need a cheap place to stay,consider it.It is for lack of a better term a dump, if it were 25 bucks a night I would sleep in my car next time thru.

We visit my parents in South Bend quite often and this hotel provides us with a nice place to stay for the money. The manager has always been more than helpful and pleasent.I highly recomend staying there.

I found absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It was very clean and welcoming. I recommend that people who are going to South Bend or Notre Dame area stay here because it's convenient and also worth the price to stay here.
