Here is my rundown on the rundown property. The parking lot is terrible. As in pot holes all over. The doors hardly ever work. There are terrible odors near the breakfast area. This placeneeds to be rebuilt.

I can't say enough about the clubhouse inn. My family really enjoyed it. Very clean and most of all we felt very safe. It was near office buildings and upper class- middle class neighborhoods. Family style dinning near by and easy to get into Chicago about a 40 min drive in the morning and 30 in the afternoon as long as you don't hit peak rush hour.The free breakfast buffet was best I've ever seen.

Never made it; had to cancel. Can't rate the hotel, but I can rate Yahoo Travel. I cancelled two weeks in advance, but was still charged a $25 fee. I will not use this service again.

The manager of the hotel was EXTREMELY rude!! Not customer friendly, it got to the point where she wasn't being helpful, but she was giving me MORE STRESS!! So, I just cancelled everything and checked into another hotel! Extremely unprofessional and I will not recommend this to anyone!

The toilets werent bolted in right and our toilet in our room fell off and made a mess.
It was nice that they gave us another room for free but they were gerks to us about it. They didnt even clean up the mess right away
