Great location, close to MARTA. Great continental breakfast, good customer service. No pool or spa, mandatory valet parking at $15.00 a day. Beds were old and squeaky and a lot of street noise and noise from hall (thin walls). We also had leaking plumbing in the bath. Hotel is very old with little or no updates. It looks great from the outside, but was very disappointing once you checked into room.

While I did feel sorta bad filling up the wonderfully monstrous jacuzzi tub (2 nights in a row) since Georgia is in the midst of a terrible drought, it was lovely and made for some fun-filled memories. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the Symphony Hall and right across the street from a Marta subway station! Everything was absolutely great when we stayed there.

THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE. THE PARKING GARAUGE WAS VERY SMALL AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK. THE GUEST SERVICE IS UNFRIENDLY AN DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

Really old and in bad need of updating. Windows that face the street provide no sound proofing and the air conditioner did not work. After several requests to have it fixed we got tired of asking. Nothing was ever done to fix the problem and no request to make it right with us. I did not have a bad experience here it was just kind of a torn up ...

I stayed here when the Braves were not in town and got a great rate. Some people don't like the fact that it is older, but I loved it. I find older hotels very charming and this one was very clean and the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The oustide of this hotel looks 100% better than the inside. My stay there was TERRIBLE! The first night the air went out in our condo,they moved us from a 1100 sq ft condo into a 800 sq ft condo or should I say apartment.They couldn't give us anything bigger because everything was filled. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I waited on towels and blankets for 24hrs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought the staff was unfriendly and did not want to help me out. I also drive a large truck and they would not let me park it myself...I had to pay them to park it and I could not get access to it when I needed it. Would not recomend this place to anyone.

Everything from the full kitchen, the upstairs bedroom (w/sofa bed in "living area") to the moring breakfast and evening cocktails.

I like the fact that they were very nice,The room along with outside and inside up-keep was very clean! The service was just outstanding. I always recommend this hotel to whom ever asks me where should they stay!
