Non cleaned roomsWe stayed at the Mariposa Comfort Inn for four nights. During our stay our room was not cleaned two out of the four days. When mentioned to the staff their answer was "We've been having trouble with housekeeping cleaning the stay-over rooms".

Noisy pipes!Overall the room and staff were nice. But the pipes were so noisy it sounded like a jet engine taking off everytime someone in the adjoining rooms flushed a toilet or took a shower! You could also hear the neighbors through the walls!

Affortable, friendlystaff, quaint locationIf you are able to use a military discount, I highly recommend that you do whether you are active duty or retired, you can't beat the price. We stayed through the weekend and found that other motels in town will charge you extra for a Friday through Saturday stay but with a military discount the price stays the same at this motel. Traveler's NestMy room was in a building with 4 other rooms, affording a bonus living room space and screened porch. Service was very attentive.All the extra pillows and towels One could wish for with no fuss. Good info at the desk for Park Goodies and they sell YARTS tickets directly. Drug store and great Chinese restaurant are really right around the corner. Really small comfortable town with severat restaurants, many shops, and a respectable park.Was this review helpful?
