This hotel is definitely value for money. Great location as all shops, fast-food restaurants, convenience stores are within walking distances. Hotel is also co-located with a shopping centre. Surfers paradise is about 5 mins walk.

the hotel was in the perfect location of Surfers Paradise, Shops, pool, beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, transportation to anywhere.
The hotel was clean, service great, was there for 3 weeks off and on, while I was travelling AUS and New Zealand. Can't wait to go back and would stay at the same place. The price was also the most reasonable.

Not too expensive cause the overall infrastructure quite old. The room facilities are not to bad but the public area need a lot of upgrade. By the way, nice and friendly staff make the money worth more. It takes 5 minutes to the beach and bus stop to train station.

not allot to dislike, great location, rooms allot better than backpackers accomodation.

Will be staying here on my next visit, plus the alconys are excellent to get jiggy on in full view of everyone else!

I strongly recommand this hotel to those visiting Gold Coast. It has clean & comfortable rooms with spectacular sea view and a bus stop nearby with express bus service that provides convenient access to Theme Parks. You can get souvenirs sold at reasonable price within walking distance. The beautiful beach is really within 5mins walk !! Cross the road and you may walk away with some winnings from the Jackpot Arcade.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon last year (2005). When the staff knew that we were on our honeymoon, our room got upgraded without any extra charge!! We were so happy to stay here as it's very close to shopping area and the beach. Unfortunately, the TV channel provided in the hotel was really pathetic. But we didnt come all the way to watch TV...so we didn't really mind. It was a good place to stay.

Perfectly located for shopping, dining out,nightlife and the beach.
We had an overnight stay here in a lovely room which was clean and homely, with ocean views, and at night, views of the City lights. Fantastic!
