I was forced to stay here because the Chilean police thought I was security for a Chilean person who left to the states and now was returning, stayed 2 weeks here and couldn´t leave the hotel while they investigated me, finally rushing me off to Lima Peru without ticket or passport all this at 5 am and then changing planes in Lima again to Santiago,BUT while I was there it was nice

We stayed in this hotel on two occasions, a total of four nights, during a family holiday to Ecuador in August 2007.

The hotel is showing its age a bit. Extensions have been added over the years, resulting in the loss of views from some of older rooms. Generally everything seemed to function correctly though.

The reception is fairly efficient ...

I like the High Speed Internet Access in the room. Is very great for me beacuse I alway travel with my Laptop. Thanks so much

Very nice hotel, with a superb location just in front of the beautiful "Malecon 2000" and at walking distance to Las Peñas. Additionally, employees were very kind and helpful. Downturn : The hotel is not that old (founded in 1981) but it feels as a 60's hotel with not good maintenance. But overall, is a good value for the price. I do recommend it.

While my overall experience with this hotel has been from outside (I have never stayed in this hotel, since I'm a citizen from Guayaquil), I can tell you the following facts:

1. In my experience, this is the best 3rd hotel in the city, and a bit more economic from the first 2 places.
