We had reserved a non-smoking room, when we got there we were put into a smoking room. It stunk. Room had not been cleaned of dirty towels in closet. Free continental breakfast was minimal, plain bagels, one toaster, tiny stale muffins. Staff was not helpful when we asked for driving directions.

As soon as we walked into the room I noticed a dead bettle by the air conditioner, the walls were dirty, there was spider webs in the ceiling, the garbage wasn't taken out for the whole stay, housekeeping took the wet towels out but did not left any dry so we had to go ask for more, the free breakfast wasn't enough for the ammount of ...

The room was clean and well kept with a cute heart shaped jacuzzi. The rugs were soaking wet from the time we got there till the time we left. It could use a mini refrigerator. The only food we could get was from a snack machine that didnt give you any change and was only a quarter full, with nothing good. Don't forget your shampoo or ...
