a/c was noisy, the dead bolt was broken on the door. housekeeping was rude. accidently came in our room before knocking. there was hair in the bathtub. the floor wasn't very cleaned. the hairdryer was not great shape. the hotel was bad. the bed was uncomfortable, i wouldn't stay here again.

This was a pleasure/business trip and we mostly enjoyed the friendly service and the positive attitude of all of the staff. This extended to each member of the family.

We spent two nights last weekend at the Nampa Shilo Suites and were very disappointed after staying at other Shilohs on the coast. Our room had numerous stains on the carpet probably due to their allowing dogs, the bathroom floor was not thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was worn and gave us the creeps. This is a very clean motel and the rooms are larger than most of the economy motels today. You can have your pets with you at $10. extra a night. Also a Dennys next door. About a half block from the freeway, with empty lots in between, quiet inside your room unless you open your windows. Also a pool and sauna, coffee in room too, a must have.
