Not happyThis place did not communicate their smoking / non-smoking policy to us -also, I left my jewelry in the room and after 3 days of calling the hotel about it, they finally said "it's not in lost in found". VERY NICEWe were very pleased with our stay. Friendly staff, clean room, nice pool, and better than average breakfast. Also convenient to restaurants. We will stay at this hotel again if we are in that area. We do recommend a restaurant other than Shoney's, the food was pretty bad.OVERALL

I've had it with Best WesternRoom was dirty! Our son crawled on the floor for 5 minutes and the tops of his feet were jet black! When we informed the staff they said "we'll make a note of it" "all the carperts in the hotel are cleaned at the same time". Then there was mold in our tub/shower. We'll Stay AgainThe breakfasts were good. The pool was a little small, but not too bad for a hotel. The only thing wrong in the room we had was the silicone grout along the edge of the whirlpool tub was peeling away, and it looked really disgusting. Horrid Careless SadI recently spent 2 nights at this hotel while at a drill team competition. These people have had our service for a long time, yet they treated us like scum. There were at least 4 people to a room. They gave us two towels. When we requested they reacted with snarls and were stubborn to give them to us.

DisappointedAlthough the front desk staff was great, if this is hotel is the best that Elizabethtown has to offer I hope I never have to come back to Elizabethtown. The lighting was dull, as though there was something to hide, the curtains and furniture were worn and not pleasing to the eyes. we will not go backroom was not clean, open soap bars in the tub area were the soap was used by someone else. bugs (roach). we were on the 2nd floor, no elev. to the 2nd floor. stairway was stocked with rolling baskets (had to walk around.

NEVER AGAIN...THEN THE NEXT TWO NIGHTS MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THE BEST WESTERN ATRIUM GARDENS! IT WAS PERFECT NICE LOCATION, NOT TO FAR BUT FAR ENOUGH FROM FT KNOX!
