Located pretty far off the freeway in the Downtown section. Nice clean room, large screen TV, free internet, comfortable bed, 2 nice pools, and a small fitness room with a TV. The fitness equipment was clean and in good working order.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast wasn't that great.

Cons - farthest from the freeway (seemed like it was almost out of town), and not very ADA friendly - there were lots of little steps everywhere. All three of my kids and I managed to fall in only ten hours there. And the very vintage 50's motel look was a little scary at first.

Pros - the nicest staff! The pools - two of them!! Including ...

The room looks nice however, service was not good.

-The housekeeper came in at 8AM, even though my husband was sleeping. He had to ask her to leave.
-The housekeeper forced her way into the next room even though the occupants were clearly not ready for her to enter, as they let her know while trying to hold the door closed.

If you stay - make sure you ask for a room in the remodeled section - which has big flat screen tv's, excellent heat and air devices, very comfortable, firm mattresses, and very clean. Excellent location since it's on the main drag, yet the remodeled section is away from the street noise. The free breakfast is sufficient and above average if you consider how reasonable the room rate is!

Make sure you get the remodeled rooms. AC works great and they are set up excellent. 1st night was not one of these rooms and AC did not work. But they made up for it 2nd night with the remodeled room that is just excellent and for the price Awesome. Frontdesk are friendly and they have a decent breakfast selection but the remodeled room was one of the best we stayed at in a 10 night vacation. Decent exercise room also.

Very nice place to stay. Helpful friendly staff, nice indoor pool (they have an outdoor also, but we did not use it) excellent free breakfast, nice clean rooms, planty of space and the internet access was great!

We were very comfortable. Pet friendly, lots of pillows, comfortable beds. We ate dinner and breakfast in the adjacent resturant which had great food and service. Would stay here again for sure.

Great deal on a Tuacahn package. We had the anniversary suite, located on the interior corridor portion, Jacuzzi was nice, breakfast was good. Play was great located 10 minutes away.
