Front desk was very helpful gave us great directions
Rooms were extra clean everything looked new - new lobby - new pool

First Impression should have been a sign, unkeep lawn and front entrance. Lobby was neat, but had a stale mop smell. Attendant appeance was unclean, he was handling personal business on the phone when I walked in. Several rooms with doors open looked abandoned. My room felt like I was in the desert, air conditoner was OLD, I mean OLD air only ...

This place was filthy and ridiculously priced. The sheets, blankets, and draperies had holes in them. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it - it had clearly not been cleaned. The room smelled of.....not sure what that scent was! There was a line of guests complaining to the manager and nothing was done to compesate any us for such a miserable experience - not even an apology!
