I was appalled at how dirty our room was, the carpet was filthy, hair on the bathroom floor, and in the bed. Mildew on the shower tiles. If I would have known how bad these rooms were I would have stayed at a $30 dollar a night room, at least you know what your getting for your money.

The pool was nice and warm, I would say the only draw to get me back.

Staff was very friendly; room was quite large and very clean; loved the pool and exercise area; great breakfast is more than just donuts and coffee; the dining area is available to all guests 24hrs, including microwave ovens. Remodeling in rooms was nice; everything worked properly and the beds were comfortable. Can't do any better than that!

This hotel has recently been renamed Country Hearth but the outstanding level of service remains. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The staff was attentive to our every need. Fresh baked cookies whenever you walk in and a well stocked self serve breakfast buffet line.
The free high speed wireless internet was a welcomed addition that allowed our business trip needs to continue from the comfort of our room.

This is an excellent place to stay as you trek across the deserts of Nevada between CA and UT. A wonderful oasis and urge you to stay here. Have tried all the others in Elko and this one is head and shoulders above!

This hotel was in a great location for us and only a block from two casinos, and with a very nice pool too.

The service was very good and the girls were all so nice and boy were the cookies ever good in the evening. The complimentary breakfast was great with even waffles and omelets.

Our room was very clean and quiet with a good nights rest every night.
