Had a very nice stay,Thank YouStaff was friendly and very helpful,[thanks Hugo].Room was clean and comfortable.The waffle maker at the continental breakfast was a big hit with the kids.I would definetely recommend this motel to anyone traveling to the Concord,Ca. area.OVERALL

Beware of BED-BUGSWe stayed there in March of 09 and woke up to a nasty surprise.
After informing the staff they were quick to wave our lodging fees but this experience was enough for me not to ever stay there again.OVERALL

Very comfortable, very clean, no problemsAlmost cancelled our last-minute reservations after reading the poor reviews... but the location was right & it was time to go... so, we went there & were quite happy with our stay. DreadfulTook forever to register - no registration prefs honored. Got no-smoking room that reeked from smoke. 2nd room, no remote control. Shower control almost came off in my hands. Most furniture stained and/or broken.

No peace or quiet.Noisy throughout the night (especially on weekends), then when you finally try to sleep in the morning, the maids roll their noisy thundercarts down the concrete hallways at 8:15 am, waking you up again. And to make sure you can't sleep in, they will call you by 11 am - 12 on the phone to ask if you want the maid service, even if you put the "do not disturb" sign on the door.You did not find this review helpful.3 of 4 Yahoo! Stay AwayStrange things happen at that place. The place is crowded with teenagers on Friday & Saturday nights, lowd, and noisy. The Hotels lobby is closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, so you can not complain. Just stay indoor & hope for the best. Kids rent some rooms at night for parties, and god knows what else. Noisy.Other guests include high school students who use the place to party on the weekends, beer-guzzling construction workers from Texas who have paraded around in public with their pants OFF (!) and during my most recent stay a guy with two pit bulls who partially ate a poor small dog during a violent and noisy attack inside the hotel !
