The lady charged $150 because flight was delayed even though we gave plenty of notice. We upgraded to a larger room as another friend decided to come from Fl to join us $50 change fee. No internet, phone or pool hard to find. Bad experience. They then claimed an umbrella was broken and bilked my friend for more money- they were wrong.

Stayed here at a last minute,because I was not happy with original place I booked. Staff was EXTREMLY accomodating. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Conviently located midway between the beach and main strip. Highly recommend.

This hotel has a great location by the park, a block from restaurants on the Condada & Walgreens for necessities about 5 blocks...Old San Juan is about $8 taxi ride 15-20 min. The hotel is clean enough some bad paint jobs...really yuke colors (2004)... no views. Rates are low...coffee out in the morning small pool with lots of plants. So in & out of your room want to save money...it works well!!

I LOVED IT! It is one of the most exiting, exotic, sexy places you can go to have tons of fun! It is located in a safe but very popular place and has lots of clubs around.

We loved this place - the pool was a little haven - the staff very welcoming - great location - it was amazing value for the price - we'd stay there again.
