  • could use a lot of TLC

    The place looked okay, but the rooms was not very comfortable.Nonsmoking room smelled like a smoking room,not decent but cheap motel in osceola, iowa, not a pleasant experence.

    Older motel, Lot cheaper than the other motels in Osceola and rooms are decent. Very quiet area (downtown on the old highway thru town). I always stay here if I am at the casino late at night and don't want to drive back to Des Moines.
