the bedsheets were dirty. smelled like body odor. the staff didn't seem to care. i woudn't stay here again.

We've stayed many times at this hotel, and were usually pleased. However, we had several problems with a wedding block of rooms. Most notable was the failure of one of the electronic room looks, leaving people stranded at 1:00 a.m. The hotel promised to make it up, but in 2 months still has not done so. Service can be a real problem in this particular property.
This was our second visit to this hotel. The person serving breakfast was rude. The cooling unit in our room didn't work right.The night clerk ignored my husband when he visited the little shop there. In all,I believe this will be our last visit. The room itself was clean and nice but wasn't worth the money we paid for it.

I normally utilize Hilton Family property's whenever I can. Customer service is always top notch. However, this property was inconsistent within this chain. I would not recommend this property based on this property's specific policies which are not consistent within this family of Hotels and their willingness to work with guests was quite clear.

Best Hotel In Valparaiso

Service is excellent from breakfast server to management! They have a very nice pool area, free drinks during the week and a hot breakfast. They just got in there new beds too. Very nice hotel
