overbookigAfter 40 minutes by tram (from Central Station to Hoekeness) and about 15 minutes by walking we have finally find the hotel. At the reception they told us that something was wrong with our reservation and they have done an overbooking. They send us to Holiday Inn, outside Amsterdam, one hour far from the city center. what an experienceOn arrival at the Tulip Inn, we were greeted at front desk by very friendly staff. It was my first time going away with my boyfriend so everything was new to us. Quiet GetawayI stayed at this hotel for over a month. It is conveniently located next to the park and art museums. The city trolley stops in fron of the hotel and the main train line is 3 blocks away. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the downtown area but has easy access via trolley to be in the centrum area.
