    The rooms were dirty! No one had vacuumed in a while, the sink was dirty, the guestbook was in the corner behind a chair. At breakfast the silverware had food caked on it.... My friend's room was just as bad.

    The staff is courteous and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had a problem with the TV and it was solved within 5 minutes.

    Not your typical Best western

    Great bedding set!

    Decent breakfast; good coffee

    Cozy bar and sitting area with wide screen TV

    Workout area is skimpy; pool and hot tub good

    Well it was a nice place upon entering but let me tell you don't go there around the holidays when your check in time is suppose to be the room is never ready...

    The service that My family and I recieved while staying at the Hoitel was fantastic, and the room service was great! The employees were more than willing to make your stay enjoyable, and the pool/spa were salso great contributions to the wonderful hotel we stayed at!
