I loved the fact that they were so centrally located and i could just park at the hotel then walk or use the free shuttle to all the wonderful attractions. The staff was exceptionally wonderful and willing to help. I will definately be back!

I stayed here in summer of 07 and it was a treat.last week we returned and found service and cleaniness was terrible.when we complained about the lack of cleaniness, such as hair in sheets and all over bath room floor when we checked in nothing was done.the manager never returned our calls .We feel like HIlton is declining in cleaniness and service!

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient and within walking distance to all the Riverfront attractions and restaurants Breakfast was a treat!
We would go back any time.

I have travelled for work throughout the States, Canada and Europe, and I don't think I would be exaggerating if I said this was the nicest hotel stay I've had in a looooong time. You can't compare it to specialty boutique hotels but for a chain, it was a relief to step into this place.

Our room smelled so strongly of strawberry air freshner that they smell stuck to us after we left. Our room was never clean, did not have a top sheet on the bed and we had to call for wash clothes both days we stayed in the hotel. They also charge you for parking in an open bad parking lot behind the hotel, which you had to walk through grass ...

Well I like the Hotel over all. It was downtown and nice to be able walk out front door and be in the downtown area. Rooms were clean and customer service was very nice.
