Rooms were great,buffet was abundant, varied and delicious. Staff was very courteous and accomodating. Went to the New Year's Eve party with our 21 and 16 year olds and although overpriced was great. The Chef's outdid themselves.

This hotel is not 5 star, it is an All Inclusive Resort. It has 5 star facilities but does not deliver more than 2 star service. Breakfast room floor has last nights meal on it, plates dirty, best staff are poached by others - as advised by management. A real let down to visit.

I stayed 15 nights at the crown plaza during easter and was really impressed. the service is really excellent. the staff at the hotel were really helpful and excellent.

i would give it a 3* rating- i was expecting 4* as it said.
we just got back,people were lovely location average-rooms could do with changing the matteress without siting on them u could see a dip in them they are (OLD)
staff were friendly and did their best with what they were give, the food was very poor and a very limited main courses on the buffet at all 3 meals.
i would not recommend any to it or go back .

We're just back in Belgium after one week at the Crowne Plaza and we really had a great vacation!
