this place is a great deal for park & fly, we went to HI for 16 days, are room was clean and ready for us on leaving and arrivel
our car was fine no problems and the best wa sget something to eat before leaving the food lady (was real nice ) ps she will talk your ear off, i will be back for our mexico trip this summer thanks again

When the Quality Suites in Millbrae failed to hold my reservation, the Holiday Inn Express hotel came though and provided superior service.

Loved the rooms. Free internet access. Great service. Please stay here instead of the Holiday Inn. Much nicer place.. and a lot more ammenties. Very clean. Free breakfast

We were very happy with the hotel itself, we chose this hotel for the park and fly option. The bus service was great getting to the airport but was terrible coming back. We had a late flight into the airport and than had to wait for approximately 1 hour to get the proper bus back to get our car. We had made three calls for estimated time for the ...

Everything about the hotel interior was fine. The only problem we had was the noise level from outside, which interupted our sleep. Of course, considering it's proximity to the airport, I suppose we shouldn't expect much better.

Rude staff. Very old hotel. Carpet looks scary. Furniture have seen better days. Airconditioner/heater broken. Advertised free hi-speed internet inexistent. Hotel was overbooked when I checked-in and front desk said they are not bound to honor reservations done with third parties. If you are a non-smoker desiring a non-smoking room, you will land in a stinky smoking one. Favorable reviews may have been made by the management.

i definetly give this room a rating of a+. Everything about this this Hotel was great , the room was super clean and very new,very quiet during the night and the serive is also great , i would definetly stay there again,i highly recommend this Hotel.
