Excellent business traveler hotel

Comfortable room & lobby, moderately upscale decor, nice exercise room, very professional staff. Business friendly, good corporate rate. Continental breakfast fairly average but plenty of fresh fruit available, a bonus. Definitely recommend for the professional traveler.

Excellent Customer Service

We stayed here on our wedding night. The customer service was beyond expectation. The staff was naturally friendly, but more than that, they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was ideal...that is, if you're traveling to Cleveland, TN!
The staff allowed us to check in 2 hours before set check-in time (3pm). However, they didn't let us know that the continental breakfast ended at 9am. Needless to say, we missed that ...

Overall the room was good and the breakfast food could have been better managed. The breakfast management was poor, the food was average and the staff weren't kind, helpful or courteous.

A taste of the high life.

Though the rooms were very nice there were little maintenance issues that did not take away from the quality of the stay. Entire facility was very clean and professional. As for the breakfast included with the room, the cut-off of the provisions is early; 9:00 am. With a check out time of 12:00 noon I would expect a 11:00 am cut-off for the breakfast.
