My car was vandalized there and from the way it was ransacked, it appears that the thiefs had plenty of time.....hotel has minimal to no security including no cameras...hotel offered my a free glass of wine and and entree for the inconvenience....i will be leaving for the holiday inn express down the road....

This is a fabulous hotel. Outstanding reservations and customer service. Spacious rooms and great facilities. The location, (especially if you are accessing Baptist Medical Center) is perfect. Close to Dadeland mall, several golf courses. The hotel restaurant is excellent.
I will definately go back and have recommended it to a number of friends.

Offers a full kitchen, but does not include a microwave. I was there on business for close to two weeks and was told a microwave was available for rent for $5 a day. I requested one the second day and never had a follow-up.

This hotel does not deserve even one star! A waste of money, at $600 a night for a suite, this hotel was a joke! The toilet ran all night, dirty carpet and upholstery, torn bedspreads, broken mirrors, coffee pots that don't work, the spa was not heated, the pool was dirty, no phone books or room service menus in the room, no microwave, empty ...

I hope I don't have to deal with reservation or cancellation in this hotel again. The attitude of the people that answers is the worst I have ever seen in Miami.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times had an excellent stay. The rooms are nice and very big and very clean I am going to Miami again but now the price is just too expensive.
