Avoid if you have the money for something elseBefore starting, let me tell you, I travel for business frequently throughout the US. This location is excellent.. Literally 20' from Wall Street and one block gives you the Trump Towers, NYSE, Tiff and Co. Rates were not reasonable for accommodations presented during business week. Very enjoyable stayThis hotel really met our needs. We stayed for 3 nights and had a room on the 20th floor. The room was very spacious, quiet (I think I heard one car horn the entire time, which is UNHEARD OF in NYC!) and mostly clean. Great placeI recently stayed at this hotel and it was very suprising to find such a great rate at such a great place. The staff was very friendly and always courteous. The room was bigger than I thought and was VERY clean. They had 2computers for guests to use down close to the lobby. Very, very, average.Small rooms (like most of those in NYC), but unlike most places in NYC, the decor is boring and modest to say the least (all white walls, a few pictures on the wall, probably designed in the 1980's). It was fine, but nothing to rave about. They give you two towels for the bathroom (which has dirty grout by the way), and while I try to recycle ...3 of 3 Yahoo! OUTSTANDINGThis was a wonderful choice for our stay in Manhattan. The staff was friendly courteous and efficient the room was perfect for what we did in it which was sleep and shower! the beds are absolutely the most comfortable~ the hotel is Located perfectly to sight see and get around beautiful downtown NYC!

Very Clean but small...Stayed a long weekend in Downtown CQ. The service and people working at CQ were GREAT! The rooms and hotel were VERY clean. Room size was small but, with so much to do in the city, who needs all the overhead when most of your time spent is outside the hotel.
