Very pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located in the loop. Hotel was in very good repair, spotless, and quiet. All staff I interacted with were professional and courteous. Best of all was the price. I have paid twice as much to stay at comparable hotel in the loop. Never again. Club Quarters will always be my first choice when my travels take me to downtown Chicago.

This hotel was just fine. Staff was courteous, the room was nice and clean, and the location is very central. The only problem I had was that the wireless Internet signal was so weak it was basically non-functional in my room on the 5th floor. I had to go to the lobby for it to work. I'd stay here again, just not count on using the Internet in my room.
