Great location; small but clean rooms. Beds were comfy, but no access to microwave or fridgerator (without paying for upgrade). Swipe cards for elevator annoying. Would be worth the price if the front desk was more welcoming and helpful - they could take a lesson in customer service from the valet! If you pay will debit card, $150.00 of your money will be held for a week; were not informed of this procedure.
I stayed at the Club Quarters/Central Loop (Chicago) recently for business. The room was comfortable and clean. They had computers/WiFi available. It was convenient to business, restaurants and entertainment. The hotel staff was prompt, polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces.
This hotel is located right in the central loop. It's only a few blocks from the Symphony, Lyric Opera and the Art Institute. Shopping is also close by. It's one block from the subway blue line - direct from O'Hare.
You can't beat the price! The room is small but well furnished and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained.
I really liked the location. In warm weather you would be able to walk to the amtrak station. It is 4 blocks from Sears Tower. The hotel is under rennovation at the present time, but they are working during business hours only.
A great location combined with good service and an excellent value. The rooms are on the small side, and there's not much of a view but the quality of the service, location, and value, more than offsets the negatives.
Good, convenient location. Very central to the business district. Complimentary internet, both wired and wireless. Business services room too. Clean room. Maybe a little small, but good for my purposes since I was staying by myself.
Club Quarters Central Loop a very nice surprise, I would recommend and would stay here again. Room was plenty big enough, we did have the suite with the pull out sofa. Bathroom was a little small, but for the price well worth it. Pub was a nice place to stop in before going to the room and the computer in the lobby was very handy to check on directions or email.
The location is great, ez access to trains & subway. The rooms are nice, however they are very small, if you are closterphobic this is not the place for you.
I have never stayed in a nicer hotel with paper thin walls, where I could hear every word of every conversation in the rooms adjcent to me and above me. Aside from a terrible night's sleep and my loud neighbors, I had no complaints. I will NOT go back!
