I've heard some complaints regarding the location of this hotel, Silom business quarter. Yes, upon walking around there isn't much to do or see besides Lumpini Park, but that was the least of my concerns when staying in a hotel. (There is a starbucks right next door!)

I love this place, very comfortable and upscale. I usually book room in "Club Level" as they package a wonderful breakfast, access to "Club Lounge" all day with free tea, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages as well as evening cocktails from 6-8pm.

On a side note, I have also stayed at Pennisula, although it offers "River View" I found it not as friendly and of good value at Plaza Anthenee.

This is a beautiful hotel, with great service, great rooms, and nice restaurants. It would be perfect but for one thing, its located in the middle of a business district. That's great if you're there for busnisses, but if you're traveling for tourism then you find yourself a bit out of the way. You'll be forced to take the skytrain, a 'tuk-tuk', or taxi to get to the city center or any attractions.

This hotel is the most Luxurious hotels in Bangkok. I'm enjoy with the chich French fare at the Reflexions restaurant. And the location is great. It's just a few minutes to go to BTS.

Staffs and Managementthat made my holidays very precious time. Will definitely return to stay at Plaza Athenee, A Royal Meridien if I travel to BKK; can't be anywhere else. Oasis in BKK on the pool; never think hotel in the heart of the city will go with tropical pool.

My first time to stay at this hotel and it was a good time to me. All staff were provided me a wonderful services. Food were very delicious especially the French must try.

Had a great stay recently with my wife, I was on business, she on holiday. Very close to sky train for shopping trips and easy to reach from the airport. Pool area very relaxing and quiet, and my wife really enjoyed the spa. Check in went smoothly and room was spacious with floor to ceiling windows you could actually open. Lots of restaurants ...

Location was very central I used the Plonchit Sky Train station to provide me with access to the best shopping at the near by Central, Siam Parragon and of course MBK. ...

After a long fight journey, the hotel provides excellent services, professional staffs, nice and clean room. Chic and trendy location. The pool is an exceptional!Wining and dining at the Reflexions French restaurant is a must.
