LOVED the hotel...great location, but they need to review their parking policy. I payed $28 to park my car next door for less then 24 hours!! Other then parking, the hotel was as close to great as I've experienced.

The location was excellent.
The food was excellent and our room was great. We enjoyed the cobblestoned streets and the trip down history of old Montreal.

Great location if you want to see old Montreal or attend convention centre, however, after travelling extensively in France, we were very disappointed in what is supposed to be a 4 star rated hotel. My wife and I loved this place. I was bit worried because of that horrible picture they have posted of the front of the hotels website, but what a wonderful surprise when we got there. The minute you step foot outside the hotel it feels like your in Paris. This hotel was great and I cant wait to go back!

In Aug. we were on a reunion trip, 4 couples, and decided to stay at the Auberge Bonparte. We made the right decision. The rooms were great, hard wood floors and very large rooms. The staff was very nice to us and helped with all kinds of questions we had, including how to ride the Metro. We were within walking distance of all the old shops and restaurants and the nightly entertainment in the square. Diffently would go back.
