the bellman was rude. the cable went out. the walls are paper thin. you could hear everything from the hall. the service was bad. i wouldn't stay here again.

Gambling is the worst I've ever encountered (and I get around). I've spent lots of time (too much) in this place and came out slightly ahead only once. This place has the tightest slots of all Midwest Casinos!! I've finally wised up though and don't go here very often anymore---I now mostly frequent casinos where I actually win! ...

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I was in awe that so many people remembered my name through my entire stay! I beds are so comfortable, and I was told they are made exclusively for the hotel. The valet was also complimentary, which is usually where they get you!

The casino was so fun. They had a band playing at the Stage 151 ...

I enjoy going to both harrahs and empress, but if you want to see a younger croud then harrahs is the place for you. Plus harrahs has more cash giveaways.

These rooms are as good as downtown Chicago.
Friendly service along with clean rooms, fluffy towels and upgraded sundries make Harrah's Joliet a winner. Plus it's less than 4 miles from the track.
