The carpet and bathroom was not clean. The location was great for my visit in the city for the first time. Hopefully, this location will make some improvements. Location #0585

Personnel were extremely personable and helpful. It was quiet...no noise from the hallway. The air conditioner was great! Computers were available in the lobby, and computer access was in the rooms, too. Breakfast was a great assortment of cereals/bagels/pastries/fruit, and I loved the latte machine! I'll definitely stay there again. Wasn't "fancy"....but was clean, in a great location, and comfortable. Suggest new pillows.
