The service provided by the staff at the Wingate was awful. They served the food cold, the bar service was awful, and all around the service was just the worst. Never ever ever book something there.

This is a clean, friendly hotel with a heated pool and comfortable, spacious rooms. It also has a complete exercise room. We had two double beds, a refrigerator and microwave. This hotel has the WORST possible customer service I have ever seen in my life, anywhere. Although the hotel itself is average, the attitudes of the staff make a stay here frustrating. I've never encountered such a rude staff. The only person we came into contact with that was sweet and nice was the maid and she didn't even speak english...but she was the only shinning light in the entire establishment.
