I was in Sacramento for a family visit. Hotel accomodations were excellent. Hotel was, clean and staff were extremely freindly. Staff went out of there way to help answer questions and ensure our stay was pleasant. The coffee shop is clean and easy to access.

We were put in a room where the hallways were being re-carpeted which caused noise, mess and general inconvienance. This was known and other guests were given compensation for this but we were not.

We stay at this hotel fairly often as it is a nice place close to our kids place in Sacramento. It is nice, clean and comfortable and not too high priced.
