Not Worth The Stay !!!The room smelled of smoke, the elevator was not working, holes in the of upolstery of the sofa in the room, dated towels, over booked and the staff were not friendly nor smiled the entire time.

Don't stay!Hotel had water leak-ALL water was turned off for over 2 hrs. OK things happen. Check in was @2pm-Got there at 4pm-housekeeping outside of the room. Booked suite for 6 people-only enough towels for 2. Asked for more towels twice. Bedspreads had several stains-sorry will need to wait for laundry to come back up. HolidaysWe found this place on accident. And now we return yearly for New Years Eve. It is a perfect spot to get away and have a relaxing evening. We go to a local bar for drinks and see hershey lights. It is a short distance from hershey and very easy to find. I will be returning again this year.3 of 3 Yahoo! Good value for family on budget.For a 3 night stay it was the best value hotel for our dollar, traveling from Canada with 2 kids aged 13 and 12. My husband and I liked having the mini fridge and microwave in the room, however we did not like the small ants that shared our room with us. We all liked the pool and sauna. Noisy and DirtyOur room was terrible. There was dust at the edge of the carpet, thick enough to write your name in. The bathroom didn't look clean. Couldn't sleep from the noise. Smoking Vs Non SmokingI reserved 3 rooms for my family - all non smoking confirmed. Our King size was non smoking for which I was very pleased but the other 2 rooms for my children & grandchildren had obviously been smoked in. Overall very enjoyable!I wish I had read the facts about this hotel first. As soon as my wife and I got there and realized they had an indoor pool, we regretted not packing our bathing suits.
