stayed there with a wedding party- when I checked in the staff was not very welcoming and they seemed to take hours to check us in. And it's not like they were busy or anything. I have stayed at the other Ayres thats in the parking lot and they are a lot more friendly and talkative. The room we were in was nice but smelled funny. I guess ...
My in-laws were just out for my son's high school graduation and stayed at the Ayers Hotel and Spa. They loved their room, especially the bed -they slept great, raved about the free breakfast every morning, liked having stores within walking distance, and said the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. They're looking forward to another visit so they can stay at the Ayers Hotel and Spa again!
