Every time I stay here everyone is so very nice. They have continental breakfast every morning which is not just coffee and donuts. The indoor pool and hot tub is a hit with the kids and there is a gym for the adults. Perfect location too, right off the freeway. I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Milford.
I stayed here two nights after spending three weeks next store at the Residence Inn. Although you do not get the fridge, I preferred the Springhill's mattress and linens. The hotel recently experienced an overhaul and had better bedding and lrg flat screen tv's!

I had a room that I had to make the bed of the pull out couch . That was not what upset me .I had to go get the linen myself . Then I had to make it myself . The toliet was a problem . It backed up . I call the front desk and went to the front desk myself .I had to use a bathroom else where and when I was checking out I was told it had been fixed ...
i found this hotel to be VERY convenient and in an exceptionally superb location (overlooking hwy 95). the room was very clean and the beds were GREAT! i slept perfect. the cookies at check-in (at 11pm) were very nice and tastey.
my only problem was the hotel staff was rude to our guests that visited us at the hotel. i also did not like that ...

Hotel advertised rates from $54 a night yet we were quoted $129. In fact they never have a rate that low. The indoor pool is nice but very small and swimming with all the kids in that small space was undesirable. We decided one night was enough and left.
