My family and I loved the Ritz in Battery Park! The hotel was great, the rooms were clean and wonderful, the staff was just terrific and we are definitely going to stay there again.

Great location, view of the statue of liberty, clean room, nothing more I could ask for! The rooms were very simple and beautiful. The bathrooms were especially luxurios and it wasn't a suite but it sure felt like it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants luxury at a great price. The best deals are at summer!

Excellent location along the Hudson River and New York Harbor away from skyscrapers. Service was far better from anything found in Midtown. Concierge was prepared at all times with any service we needed.

Went to have a drink there in the fall.VERY dissapointed out door patio up stairs was closed very over rated.Veiw was awesome but sitting area was tiny.

Ok, you might pay over $600 on high season, but it is worth it. the service, the emplyees, the place, its exelent. I cant say anything negative about this hotel. If you see something that you dont like, talk to the front office manager and he will make sure that it changes. If you feel the need of a NY hot dog, that is in the street, you just tell them and they will make sure you have it. AAAAA+

pros: Awesome location (facing statue of liberty, 2 min walking to battery park to board ferry to statue), lovely interiors, telescope in the room to watch the statue and the Hudson view. Cool French restaurant with good seafood choices, helpful and accommodating staff.

What a wonderful Hotel. The Ritz went above and beyond. The staff made our children feel like special guests. Everything from our room to the food to the location was perfect. Can't wait to go back. This time when they say "Welcome back" they can really mean it! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is one of the best hotels in NYC. My husband and I love the views and especially the service. The Club Floor is a must. The food is excellent!
