It's late October in Scottsdale. It is probably the nicest time of year to be in this area. The grounds here are fabulous. From the beautiful views of the golf course, to the water slide for the kids, this is by far the most versitile and beautiful resort in the Scottsdale area. Great architechture and location are the best attributes of the resort.

This hotel took me by complete surprise. From the moment we were greeted by the Valet/Door staff to the Lobby Greeter at departure - we were treated like royalty.

Huge kudos to Security for teaching me how to ride the Segway!

Room was large, with plenty of amenities. Balcony had ample room for breakfast overlooking the lagoon and golf ...

Great overall amenities. Great spa, pool, service and big rooms.

We mostly enjoyed the pleasant and friendly staff. We were greeted each time we came through the entrance and in each hall we walked. The open lobby and adjoining patio provided breezy places to enjoy a cup of coffee and to visit with our companions.

Westin Spa and Resorts was a great experience for my entire family. It was beautiful, and there was lots to do.

This Westin is much like all the rest of the Westin properties, awesome. This place defines luxury and style in the hotel business.
Beautiful rooms, pools and landscape. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The Garden of Eden is around here I almost sure of it.

What we liked best was the extreme courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant selection is okay but spread out a bit in the hotel. No real place for a nice sit down full breakfast. We did have a couple billing mistakes by the hotel which did get straightened out okay, but it was disturbing as the errors should have been obvious to them ... but I expect computers first do the work and it takes people to fix/correct.

I loved the contemporary architecture and airiness to the whole place. The grounds are beautifully groomed and the staff is exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I felt pampered and comfortable there. I can't wait to go back!

I really liked the treatment by the concierge. I asked for restaurants of different types of foods on a busy Saturday night. Not only did they tell me the different restaurants, they also booked my wife and I with a reservation. We didn't even have to wait in line.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and courteous. Great place to go!
