I WOULD STAY AGAIN

The room was immaculate. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Clean overall. Staff pleasant. Several nice shopping areas close by. Located in front of a truck stop area. So it was very busy and very noisy until night.

Rude staff, poor customer service

Room was fine. When a problem occurred, the front desk staff was very rude. As we tried to discuss the misunderstanding they quickly insulted us and tried to get us to leave as soon as possible. The 100% satisfaction guarantee was not up held. Staff was extremely unprofessional and immature. I will not visit or recommend this branch to ANYONE because of the service.
