My friend and i stayed at budget suites on Rancho Drive in Las Vegas and the toilet didn't work, air conditioner broke and WORST of all, we got BED BUGS! ya, seriously, there beds and rooms are INFESTED with bugs, microscopic bugs, DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT STAY AT BUDGET SUITES, We had to go to the doctor today and who knows, maybe we'll see budget suites management in court.

I am in BSOA right now. This place is scam!! They shut down water TWICE in a WEEK without notice. If you try to complain about this to the office, they hang up on you. There was a room got broken into about 3 weeks ago. They lost all their electronic stuffs and a dog, but no police showed up & security didn't do anything with it. ...

I actually used to live there when I first moved out here to Vegas and for the price it is pretty bad. Its ok if you want to use the pool and everything but hey this is Vegas and I just need a place to sleep for a few hours at night. I met friends out here and they had nice, big 2 bedroom apartments for a few hundred dollars a month less.

Service was null and void. Had to wait approx one day and a half for any service response. they're closing November 1st so they give the impression they don't care what your simple requests are!!!..You're on your own until they feel they should respond!!!..
