We Shall Return

My father and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! The room was very cleaned and the housekeepers cleaned it daily. The front desk staff, especially Ms Bea, was exceptionally nice. My father is yet talking about it. We shall return!!!

work send us here for a few weeks. room wasn't clean, nails in the floor!! look like some lady did her pedicure here and no one form the cleaning staff check that so no one vaccum the room.

cleaning staff check the room every two days that is not enough we run out of towels and toilet paper before they come back.

so if any of the company read this.........you should work on this

Great place to stay Love the breakfast attendent think her name was tina So kind, also didnt like to much for the new GM Janet snotty but after all for extended stay laundry, pool and the kitchen in ever room nice. plus there is a wendys' next door bob evans out back and two restraunts across street

The staff was great. The service was good. The rooms were nice. Clean and comfortable. Just wish they had dinner included and happy hour like staybridge suites. Over all it was a great value and I would recommend it.

Staff is really nice here. The pool is clean and pretty. The rooms are well maintained.Facility located close to alot of shopping places. The weather is usually nice in this area also.

The front desk girl was extremely nice and even let us swim a bit longer than pool hours posted. Great for families on a budget. Beds comfortable and great kitchen. Plan another stay here to visit Carowinds.

The Best Hotel

I like the hotel personally. Some of the likes I like about the hotel are the way they have the hotel set up. I also like how they leave out breakfast in the morning and you do not have to pay for it. in the hotel they had real polite employees and they were there with a smile on their face ready to please you. They also make the hotel feel like a home and when I stayed there it felt like I was home.
