Excellent customer service. Coffee delivered to your room, very clean. Being a world traveler and staying in moderate to 5 star Hotels this is one of the cleanest and best values I have seen.

The maid service was poor. It was not worth the money. There wasn't a variety of foods available foe the continential breakfast. I don't not think I will ever stay there again.

The service is wonderful and each employee we've encountered goes out of their way to assist you in any way possible. The facility is clean and tidy. The free nightly cookie delivery service adds a homey touch to your stay.

This Fairfield Inn was surprisingly upscale.... a brand new hotel, everything was bright and clean. Indoor pool, spa, and even a sauna! Exceptional service!
They offered fresh-baked cookies upon arrival, and there were chocolates on the turned down bed! A welcome snack of bottled water and packaged cookies were also waiting in the room.
As an extra bonus, we received a coupon for a free appetizer at the brand new restaurant next door.
