A clean, quiet, charming hotel with friendly staff and wonderful breakfasts, just steps of the central plaza. I've stayed in 3 different highly rated Granada hotels and this was by far the best.

Although the pool was freezing as other reviews have stated, everything else was wonderful, especially for the $60 a night we paid for the room. When we came back late at night the staff would open up the bar just for us to get bottled water. Everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty. The linens are not so great, but the wonderful time ...

I only spent one night there because I have never slept worse in my life. The beds and linen were uncomfortable, and the noise level was ridiculous. The staff wasn't terrible most were friendly, but a few were very rude, they acted as if I was bothering them by asking a question, as if it's not their job to attend to guests. The hotel as a building is very pretty, and in a great location.

The stay was excellent.... very friendly and helpfull staff , Jorge , Blanca , Eda and the front desk. Convenient location too. Only con was the
price for in house laundry. $5.00 US to wash and iron a shirt is alittle steep. Please review your prices. Thanks.

This is a great place, centrally located, modern on the inside but modeled in colonial style. Very much recommended.

The only slight downside (if at all!) is that the pool is coooooold. Not really a problem unless you have children who want to spend lots of time in the pool!
