The staff is the best I have ever experienced. They are thoughtful, attentive, and helped me through a difficult situation. The food in the restaurant was good for a Marriott and the fitness center is the best in the city.

Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown was awful!! Terrible service. They charge you $14.00 to park at the hotel. They booked us a non-smoking room but then oversold
Rooms. When we arrived they told us that we were “out of luck” and had to stay in a smoking room or hit the road!! This is 3 star hotel. It has trashy service. Maybe 1-star. I will never stay here again.

Have stayed over a half dozen times on business, will not stay anywhere else. The people are top of the line from Parking/Bell Hops to Upper staff. What a great place and atmosphere everytime.
