This Inn is very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The beds and bed linens are superb! The rooms could be bigger; our table and 2 chairs were jammed next to the second queen bed and you could barely get to it; suggest moving next to TV. Breakfast has a nice selection, but I don't like steamed sausage. Stick with cereal and bagels and fruit! We thought the room was a little overpriced but would go back.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but worked well.

The hotel has been updated since we last stayed, new carpet, beds and bedding, and updated furnishings. The hotel is superbly clean and the front desk personnel are wonderful! We came when the hotel was at maximum capacity and every employee we had contact with was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying at the Carbondale Hampton Inn EVERY time we get to Carbondale. AAA+++

The beds were amazing but other than that the hotel doesn't have much else going for them. There was no hot water all night, the breakfast area was crowded and had a slim selection, and when we purchased pay-per-view there was static throughout the whole movie.

The service was horrible and the beds and bathrooms were dirty. The staff was not interested in helping my family at all. When I came to them about the filthy room, they did nothing to make me happy.

A very comfortable and relaxing bed that promotes a joyful sleeping experience. A user-friendly business center (though one more computer would be a great idea). Nice hotel with good amenities. Hot tub is very nice, pool is alright. Cable TV could be upgraded and low-flow showers are a pain in the neck. Other than that, pretty decent hotel overall. Very clean place, much nicer than the others I've stayed at in Carbondale.

It was the first time I had been back to Carbondale since graduation and I'm glad I stayed at the Hampton Inn. The staff was superb, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was easy to find. The hot tub in our room was a nice touch as well. A great value overall.

Clean, quiet, friendly and extremely accomodating! They exemplify customer service. I'll stay there whenever I go to Carbondale. A great experience.
