Great Hotel in downtown Cleveland. Very good location and very large rooms. Will definitely go back. Very close to Jacobs field and Quicken Loans arena.

The hotel was very nice. We took our daughter to a concert at the Plain Dealer Pavilion. Dave drove the hotel shuttle and took us to the concert and picked us up afterwards. He was most cooperative and had a sense of humor. It was very convenient as we don't know Cleveland. I thought the breakfast was great and they even have salad and periogies in the evening included with your room. Definitely will stay there again!!

Room was large and well equiped. Staff what great. For a historic property, the renovation was done well. Great location for going to the Jake or the Q. Located in an area of positive transition.

I was surprised on this beautiful hotel,the room was great spacious and clean and with many plus that make our stay excellent.
We went to a game of the Cleveland Indians and the hotel was a block away we can enjoy the many bulidings arround and has an excellent mall near.
