The best perk about staying at the Hard Rock was the front of the line tickets we received at Univeral theme parks by staying on site. The boat rides to and from the parks were wonderful. We could pop back to the rooms anytime we wanted. The pool was phenomenal. What a great experience!

This is a GREAT hotel if you are going to be visiting the Universal Theme Park. I liked the hotel so much I didn't want to leave the pool area. It is HUGE! The place is huge - the only drawback is you can get lost. The beds are very comfortable. Next time though I think I would go back with just my husband so we can have a romantic weekend - the pool and spa is that fantastic!

It was clean, friendly, easy to get in and out of to sites and the price was right. It just fit our retiree's budget.

Great atmosphere poolside. The ferry boat also takes you and your party directly from the hotel to the clubs at CityWalk. Great place to visit.

All in one place! Restauranbts, Bars, pools, great food. Exiciting places to go. Rooms are great and the prices are right. What more can I say Orlando is the new New york City.

Their family oriented scene is great!! Well their pool was just spectacular and the parks being so close makes the experience even better!! My children enjoyed the pool veryyy much

I went there with a friend to have some cocktails and thought- WOW! The bands who play at Universal's events were milling through the lobby, guitars and all. The lounge was resplendent with exotic leopard and famous rock memorabilia. The service was friendly without being smarmy, and the attitude was laid back.
