best option in Orlando...location, facilities, food at the place, concert at night (foreigner), proximity to parks, and even had a great deal with passes to parks included with every night!

What a fantastic place to stay if you are going to Universal Orlando. The pool is super and the Easter egg hunt is great fun for the kids. An extra special perk is the fast lane passes for the rides at the park. Be sure and ride the water taxi for a relaxing trip to the main entrance. Though a bit pricey, it is worth spending extra for a couple of days.

unprofessional is the first word that comes to mind.this place is so bad we(family of 5)checked out the same day we checked in.passing along info so that others don't lose valuable time and money while on vacation. checked into a disney resort and all went well.disney seems to know what the word "resort"means.

We visited HRH in May 2006 and enjoyed the benefits of staying on site however for 360.00 Can. we found our room was in bad shape. First we were on the first floor and second there was a huge puddle of water on our floor that stayed like that for 2 days.(when I put a towel down the water was a dreadful colour) Finally they put us in another room, ...

My husband and I went last year and took our 3 boys,5 other family members and our 2 long haired dachshunds. It was GREAT!It was especially nice not having to wait in line at all for any of the rides (all access pass)and being able to come and go as we pleased between our hotel and the Universal parks.That way if some want to rest and come back ...

The resturants are fabulous the decor is awesome it just really sets you into a hip and fresh frame of mind! All the staff was super nice, the rooms were awesome and cozy! We'd stay there again if we ever go back!
