The food was excellent,fresh,healthy, served on china and linen.The coffee,european. my husband and i were treated like second-class citizens. our room was freezing. the breakfast was cold and i totally agree with the other reviewer about the awful coffee. i also got the impression that the owner treats her employees rather badly as they seemed to kind of fear her. there are better establishments other than this in ann arbor.
