UPSET AND UNBELIEVEABLE

24 hours before check in I called and confimed our stay. The woman was nice and said that everything is confirmed. Got there and room was not ready. They had no double beds for us. as we landed and waiting for baggage and car rental I called and asked if the room will be ready by 3pm and her anwer was YES. There were a whole lot off pet hair. ...
